You have a 14-day right of return from the date you receive your item. The garment must be unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.
Fill in the form below and we'll come back with a return label and instructions within 1–2 business days.
A return fee of SEK 49 is deducted from the refund. During selected campaigns returns are free of charge — this is stated clearly in the campaign terms.
As soon as we have received and approved your return, the amount is refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days.
In case of a fault or damage to the garment — contact us within a reasonable time. Please attach photos so we can handle the case quickly.
